Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) announced that Hip Hop Legend, Snoop Dogg, aka Snoop Lion, will headline its tenth annual Gran Turismo Awards at the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) show in Las Vegas on November 1, 2012.

The Gran Turismo Awards celebrates continuing excellence and innovation in the automotive industry, and offers SEMA show exhibitors the opportunity to achieve automotive immortality with a feature spot in the game, as selected by Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi.

The best rides at SEMA will compete for the opportunity to win GT Awards in five categories: Best Truck or SUV, Best Hot Rod, Best Domestic Automobile, Best European Import and Best Asian Import. The Best in Show Grand Prize Winner will be honored with a playable part in future Gran Turismo games.
