Mercedes-AMG is presenting the SLS AMG GT FINAL EDITION simultaneously at the Los Angeles Auto Show and the Tokyo Motor Show later this month.
The SLS AMG GT FINAL EDITION represents the end of an era. To be built in a limited run of just 350 units, it remains the first complete vehicle to be built by Mercedes-AMG, and was first presented back in 2009.
The FINAL EDITION is powered by a 6.3-litre V8 front-mid engine producing 583bhp.
As well as the SLS AMG, Mercedes will also be unveiling the recently announced S 65 AMG at the two motorshows.
“The S 65 AMG stands for maximum exclusiveness and the unparalleled dynamism of a V12. With the SLS AMG GT FINAL EDITION we are showing an ultimate, particularly attractive variant of our super sports car,” said Mercedes-AMG boss, Tobias Moers.
