GM Releases Sneak Peek of New Pickup Designs
At the Center for Automotive Research Management Briefing Seminars yesterday, General Motors Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Dan Ammann provided the first look at the next-generation Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. Both vehicles have been designed to be versatile and fuel-efficient alternatives to full-size pickups according to Ammann.
Colorado and Canyon will join the all-new 2014 Silverado and Sierra 1500s, and the upcoming Silverado and Sierra HDs, to give what Chevrolet and GMC claim will be the industry’s most comprehensive lineups of pickups.

Production is scheduled to start in 2014 at GM’s Wentzville, Missouri, assembly centre.
