Mitsubishi to Unveil Hybrid SUV Concept at Geneva Motor Show
Mitsubishi has released teaser images showing an all-new concept car it intends to unveil at this year’s Geneva motor show.
Developed specifically as a showcase for its next generation 2WD plug-in hybrid electric drivetrain in the form of a SUV crossover, the future production version will likely sit beneath the Outlander PHEV SUV in the brand’s lineup.
The Japanese carmaker says the concept is a ‘declaration of intent’ for the company’s future directions, both in terms of design and technology.
A company spokesman said the concept will represent a mix of “high-output electric motor, low environmental impact, dynamic agility and athletic design”.
